Emco India is a consortium of manufacturers indulged in the production of a complete wide range of wall and flooring solutions.

Emco India is the export brand of this entire range that covers floor tiles in Polished Glazed Vitrified Tiles (PGVT), Glazed Vitrified Tiles (GVT), and Ceramic floor tiles in sizes ranging from 40x40cm to 120x240cm. Similarly, we have Wall tiles ranging from 10x30cm to 20x20cm to 30x45cm to 30x60cm to 40x80cm.

The roots of the company go back to its parent company situated in Thailand with the name EMMAR INTERNATIONAL. Our quality-conscious attitude comes from Emco India, which is well-established and known to supply quality products and post-sales services for the past 10 years.

First things first we understand the quality needs and problems faced by importers since we started off catering to the requirements of our own importer/mother company in Thailand where we roll approximately 150 containers every month.

We have a production capacity of over 15000 boxes per day in each of our production centers. We make sure to get all of those checked as a priority before the shipments. We are the first company in Morbi, Gujarat to start presenting Quality Control reports to our customers before shipment to ensure and satisfy customers of quality products and timely delivery and also to start providing corner caps and paper between tiles, especially for wall tiles to control breakages and scratches on tile surfaces. As we mentioned we believe in “QUALITY FIRST”.

In regards to the Quality of our tiles, Our products are available in both regular 15% Water absorption as also 5% Water absorption in deep elevation tiles. We also do 0.05% water absorption floor body wall tiles which come in very exclusive designs. The lower water absorption body qualities in wall tiles enhance their Strength, Durability and the depth in elevation tiles goes beyond 5mm in a tile of 10mm thickness, we ensure that it does not break even with such deep depths.

In regards to the sizes of our tiles, Emco India is able to develop products and remake existing designs as per customer needs with a minimum of 1 container per design for regular punch patterns in the floor as well as wall tiles. For sizes besides the regular ones in floor and wall, we can still maintain the competency of supply by outsourcing for our customers.

In regards to shipment and delivery, our strength has always been meticulous planning and on-time Delivery as per commitment, with our in-house logistics division we have been successful in doing so. Our dispatch center is located about 200kms far from the port. Mundra port, the largest port in India is well-connected and easily accessible by road. Its geographical proximity and easy connectivity ensure minimum time lag for a shipment.
